These earnings vary based on the level a user belongs to on Payhankey. For example, an influencer earns more than a creator, while a basic user simply sees estimated earnings, but does not translate to payout until such accounts are upgraded to a creator or influencer account.
For a Post to qualify for payment, it must reach 1000 engagements (views, then comments and likes). If the post did not reach 1000 engagements within a month, the percentage is recorded for validation before payout.

To earn more on a post, it must get organic engagements and MUST also be viewed or engaged by creators and influencers. Users can share their posts with their friends on Facebook, Whatsapp Status, TikTok, Youtube and other social media so that each post they make can qualify for a real payout.
As a social media platform for African content creators, users do not need to fulfill certain conditions (e.g., 1000 followers, 5000 watch hours, or watch time). Payhankey has helped to remove barriers to monetization, such that all users who sign up as creators or influencers can receive a payout from unique engagements.
When a post is made, our system gives an estimated earning based on 1000 engagements. These engagements are usually validated at the end of the month, before payout, when all engagements that are not qualified for actual payments are removed.
Users are paid to their preferred local bank accounts.
It is important to emphasize that the Payhankey upgrade fee is not compulsory.
Users can use Payhankey to connect with friends by signing up for free; however, if a user chooses to be a creator or influencer, the user must invite 500 users or make an upgrade fee payment of N1500 ($1) for a creator account or N7500 ($5) for an influencer account.
